Join Executive Chef Ben Kelliher for a one-hour cooking class where you'll learn and experience how to make the perfect beef wellington.
During the experience, you'll enjoy a glass of Champagne and canapés. The experience includes a three-course dinner consisting of our famous London Burrata as a starter, the beef wellington as the main course, and our founder and president, Mrs Bea Tollman’s famous Baked Vanilla Cheesecake as dessert.
