Is there a dress code?
We suggest a smart casual dress code.
Do you operate a laundry service?
Yes, we have a seven-day laundry service. This is explained in each bedroom with a laundry card to complete.
Is there a gym?
We do not have a gym on-site, however guests have complimentary access to a nearby gym. Please enquire with reception for a pass during your stay. For more information please visit our sports buddies page.
Can I organise a balloon, banner or special message to be placed in a bedroom?
Please contact the hotel directly or email email@example.com in order to receive guidance and assistance with organising special request items.
What do I do if I would like a car and chauffer during my stay?
We have an agreement with a car company and can make all the necessary arrangements. Please give us as much notice as possible to provide this service for you.
What major credit cards are accepted?
All major credit cards are accepted including American Express, Visa, Master Card, Diners, Maestro and Union pay, WeChat Pay.
If I drive to the hotel, where can I park my car?
There are several National Car Parks (NCP) locally, we would advise driving to the hotel where our concierge can provide a valet service with a charge of £58 per 24 hours, available daily from 8am - 8pm. Should you wish to have your car brought out and taken back to the car park, there is an additional charge of £20 per request. All charges for car parks can be added to your bill. Due to current restrictions, valet parking is suspended.
Please note that Central London operates a congestion charge zone between the hours of 7am - 10pm daily, excluding Christmas Day. The current daily charge when entering the zone is £15. Do you have adapters and converters available?
Yes, we do have standard adapters and converters available for you to use at our concierge desk. We also have transformers. Please do ask at the desk during your stay and you can borrow one of the items. A deposit may be required to ensure that they are returned safely.
Do you provide tea and coffee making facilities in the bedroom?
Yes, we do, these are usually located in the wardrobe.
Where can I buy theatre tickets?
We are able to acquire some of the best seats in the house for most theatres. Please let us know your choice of show and we can assist you.
Can you offer advice for show and restaurant recommendations?
Yes, please contact the Concierge directly for advice on our preferred restaurants by cuisine, and for the latest show suggestions. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
What if I am hungry at midnight?
We offer a complimentary 'Plunder the Pantry' service. Every evening from 8.30pm onwards, you can help yourself to a selection of cheeses, cold meats, breads, fruits and sweet treats. We also have a light 24-hour menu which you can order from.
I have dietary restrictions or allergies, can I make you aware of these in advance?
Yes, please do. We would like to receive as much information as possible pre-stay. Please make us aware of any dietary restrictions or allergies at email@example.com or telephone the hotel directly in advance.
Can I bring my pet with me?
Pets are welcome in our guest bedrooms and a selection of pet beds and menus are available. This can be arranged when making your reservation. Please ensure to give prior notification. Though a deposit is requested upon arrival in case of any damage caused, this will be returned to you at the end of your stay. Find out more about our facilities for pets here.

Where can I exchange my currency?
Here at 41, we are able to exchange your currency for you. Our daily exchange amount is £100. Should you wish to exchange a large amount, please notify us in advance. All major British banks have branches nearby. We alternatively have several Currency Exchange offices in walking distance, of which some charge 0% commission.
