Curry Room banquet experience with Chef Kumar

Join Chef Kumar in the kitchen as you watch the chefs prep whilst you enjoy a glass of Champagne and canapés. Afterwards, indulge in Chef Kumar's gourmet experience which incorporates personalised dishes to your taste, carefully paired wine by our Head Sommelier.

The experience must be booked 24-hours in advance and full pre-payment will be due 7 days prior to arrival.

This experience is held in our sister hotel, The Rubens at the Palace.

Available: Friday and Saturday, 5.30pm and 6.15pm 
Price: £300 for two people, including two wine pairings

Join Chef Kumar for a one-hour cooking class. Learn and experience some of Chef Kumar's Curry Room cuisine preparation techniques. During the experience, you'll enjoy a glass of Champagne and canapés.

Meet Executive Chef Ben Kelliher at our sister hotel The Rubens to learn how they're reducing food waste in partnership with Winnow’s cutting-edge monitoring technology, and how we use surplus produce creatively in the kitchen. Chef Ben will also talk about the sustainable and responsible consumption of food, explaining how we work closely with the very best local and responsible suppliers. You will then visit Borough Market together, a historic market dating back to the 12th century with an emphasis on high-quality food and sustainable production.

Join us for a bespoke hour-long yoga class on the rooftop of Hotel 41. Our expert instructor will take you through your sun salutations, downward-facing dog, and warrior 1 and 2 poses, before ending with a guided meditation. The aerial views of the Royal Mews of Buckingham Palace, high above the noise of the city, will only add to this unique experience, leaving you feeling rejuvenated.
