We are delighted to celebrate the publication of ‘A Life In Food’, a memoir by the President and founder of the Red Carnation Hotel Collection, Beatrice Tollman.

From recipes passed down through the generations or picked up from her travels around the world, this curated selection reflects Beatrice Tollman’s own expertise and meticulous influence on the menus at Hotel 41. It is our pleasure to include a copy of this book as part of our Champagne Tea offer.

  • Additional nights are at our best available rate.
  • Afternoon Tea will be served once per stay from 12pm - 2pm and pre-bookings are required at the booking stage.
